I have a big stomach compare to my body mass which gives me lots of trouble in my daily activities...Please help me to get rid of my stomach fat...
It makes me lazy and lethargy...
I m fed up with my stomach fat...

Head on over to the Nutrition or the Losing Fat forum and read the sticky threads at the top of the page.
Basically, you need to focus on your diet. Reducing your calorie intake will be what causes you to lose fat. Exercise helps of course and you should also be choosing a good novice weights routine (see sticky threads in Workout Programs forum).

Also have a goal and many small goals on the way to thee goal.
You must be disciplined and determined to achieve it.
With your diet weigh your foods and write down your macros everyday.
Go on a calorie deficit and get some activity in preferably weight training and a form of cardio.
This is the time of year many set weight loss goals but few stick with them more than a month or two.
You have to be mentally ready for the long run.
Do your research.
If it's all to much get a qualified trainer or coach to guide you in the right direction.
