    Ideal Weights

I was just curious on what is considered to be a pretty good max for deadlift, squat, and bench when I am 6'0 @175. And yes I know I need to gain a few pounds, but my bf % is at 8%.

pretty good for what? theres way too many variables to what is a good max! such as age, weight, experience, etc etc etc! there is no arbitrary number as to what is "pretty good" without any specifics

Very good point. Well I'm 22, 6'0, 175, have been lifting pretty religiously for about a year now.

to be honest, numbers comparable to others, is not a good sticking point! you dont want to compare yourself to others at this point cuz like i said there are way too many variables... instead, try to compete against yourself in a way! meaning, get yourself on a proper novice routine, and beat your numbers for session to session! numbers are arbitrary in that process! if you can bench say only 25 pounds, bench 30 next time for sets of 5... i know you can bench more than that but that was just an example! dont worry what everyone else can do, otherwise youll be worrying about the numbers rather than progressing at each lift! and thats the main goal!

If you insist on comparing your self to some "standard", here's a starting point:
