    How’s this for a leg workout

    Trying to focus on quad hypertrophy

    6’1 190lbs


    Front squat
    135 x 8
    185 x 6
    205 x 3
    235 x 5
    235 x 5
    235 x 5

    RDL
    245 x 12
    245 x 12
    245 x 12

    Leg extension
    3x20

    Standing calf raise (smith machine)
    3x20 (225lbs)

    Was doing close foot leg press instead of leg extensions but didn’t feel great on the back. Does this look like a good program for quad hypertrophy, I’m gassed by the end but thought volume might be low (thinking about doing Bulgarian split squats in place of front squats)

    You do this twice per week? I don't see how that would be enough volume at once per week
