    losing weight too quickly

    just started my cut on monday at 160 and today i weighed in at 156.. do you think im dropping weight too fast at all? also i heard the first 10 pounds is just water but idk i just dont wanna lose muscle brahhhs...

    Probably natural fluctuation. How many calories WERE you eating and how many are you eating now?

    i didnt really track because i was bulking but i would say probably around 3200 and now im eating 2020 for my cut

    That's quite low but as others have mentioned, you won't really know until you have a couple of weeks of daily weight readings.
