    Is this normal when trying to Bulk?

    Hello,

    I've trying to add a little bit of weight starting in mid October. Since Mid-October up until Monday my weight was pretty consistent around one pound heavier then when I started. Then today randomly shot up another two pounds. Is it normal for there to be not much weight gain and then a jump like this or is this not common? Do I slow down the bulk or keep going

    Weight fluctuates daily. I'll be up to 6lbs heavier in the evening than in the morning. Only weigh yourself in the mornings, no clothes, after using the toilet.

    It's normal. Water loss/retention due to amount of carbs and/or sodium consumed will cause weight to vary a bit during the day and/or from day to day.
    No brain, no gain.

    You can't out-train bad nutrition.
