    Whenever I deadlift I feel a sharp stinging, and burning pain near my hips

    So whenever I deadlift I feel a pain near my pelivs, why is this and how can i stop? My form is correct. It only happens on the right side of the body and never on the left. I attached a picture below pointing out exactly where i feel pain.

    2019 goals - squat 365, bench 295, DL 455
    OHP 1XBW, Incline press - 225 for reps

    Currently lifts
    Bench - 265 - 3x3
    Squat - 315 - 3x3
    Deadlift - 415 1x3
    OHP - 165 - 1x5 (taking a long break from this one)
    Incline press - 205 5x5
    BW - 185.. On the way to 170
