    Back the day after biceps

Hi all, i am 42, natural, and my program is Mon&Thur- Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Forearms, then Tuesday& Friday Abs, Back, And shoulders, Legs are sperate usually Friday night. Here is my question, Since i am working biceps and triceps directly 1 day, then working Indirectly the next, is that too much? I like the program the way i am doing it and in 1 year i did gain about 1" arm size. Is that a decent gain and is this overtraining arms?

    Another overtraining thread again?

It’s sad how much bull**** the fitness industry has promoted and how beginner’s and newbs get sucked into it.
*If you're worried about overtraining, chances are you are actually undertraining. Don't be afraid to push yourself beyond what you think you can do.
