I found the past few days weird I went down like a full kilo, I was like wtf? all I did is some cardio.. anyway is this progress look okay to you, should I eat more, should I eat less.. let me know.

You could've dropped some water weight from sweating.

I find that weekly measurements are more accurate because weight fluctuates a lot during the week.

What do you think about the overall gain in this 38 days period ?

If you're gaining 0.5-1lb per week, you're good. If not, adjust your caloric intake.

Of those 38 days, the 1st couple weeks or so were your adjustment period (water loss), the rest is the measure for how accurate your caloric intake is to meet your goal (gain/loss/maintain).

You make no mention of tracking your intake, other than you eat "about 2300 calories".

As mentioned, it's a simple solution....eat more to gain, less to lose.

Looks like you're on the border of maintenance calories. Somedays you're up,some down. But no steady upward trend.

Looks like you need to eat more of a surplus to see consistent gain.
