So I've been tracking my lean bulking weight for about 38 days so far.. I obviously scale myself morning after pee every day. I found the past few days weird I went down like a full kilo, I was like wtf? all I did is some cardio.. anyway is this progress look okay to you, should I eat more, should I eat less.. let me know.

Eatting about 2300 calories or so , 3 workouts a week .

Of those 38 days, the 1st couple weeks or so were your adjustment period (water loss), the rest is the measure for how accurate your caloric intake is to meet your goal (gain/loss/maintain).
You make no mention of tracking your intake, other than you eat "about 2300 calories".
As mentioned, it's a simple solution....eat more to gain, less to lose.
