    What bodybuilding supplements do you take?

    I am looking to invest in the proper powder substance, vitamin, whey, protein, anything that is an essential and most of all Healthy! What do you Have that has worked well for you?

    It really depends what your goals are. For general health and well being I'd say a quality multivitamin and fish oil are a good start.

    Remember though, supplements are just that; a supplement to a proper whole food diet.

    Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, do you run, etc...?
    The powerlifter visions a certain weight he would like to lift, he uses his body to achieve it and he gets big as a side effect.
    The bodybuilder visions a certain physique he would like to acquire, he uses weights to achieve it and he gets stronger as a side effect.

    whey (as needed, mayed 2-3 servings a WEEK)
    multivitamin
    Creatine
    fish oil
    digestive enzyme

    before bed:
    taurine
    ashwahganda

    What's the consensus on dropping many supplements at one time. I take a myriad of supplements with breakfast; orange triad, fish oil, celery seed, and turmeric. All in one gulp. Any one think I need to space them out a bit?

    Currently taking pre, protein, fish oil, and creatine from the Muscletech line.
    Intra from Scivation and Ashwagandha from Jarrow

    I would recommend picking up some creatine monohydrate; but outside of that it really comes down to what is missing from your diet.

    If you don't consume a lot of fish, you may want to look at picking up a fish oil.

    If you do not consume enough protein through whole foods, then you may want to look at picking up a protein powder.

    If you want to know what you should maybe be doing differently than you are, we should start with your nutrition and your routine, I can nearly guarantee that is more progress to be made for you there than with supplements.

    None, just a basic multi vitamin for general health.

    You don’t need anything else imo except maybe some whey protein if your regular diet is very low protein. But you don’t need much, total 0.8 g/lb is sufficient from what I understand.
