Has anybody noticed that they advertise 310 calories per tub, but regarding macros, carbs alone account for 276 calories (69x4), while not even taking the 20g protein or 11g fat into account... so, the whole tub is actually 455... 145 more than what is advertised.
Friggin joke!

Always double check the labels. Honestly, manufacturer can slap anything they want onto the cover art and even the calorie count. Fun fact, all nutritional facts are only within 10% accuracy.
That being said, I hope you're refeeding after cutting for a bodybuilding show 'coz you have no reason to be thinking about Breyer's right now... dude I'd love their Reeses pint right about now NO *whips self Tom Hanks style* I SHOULD BE CUTTING RIGHT NOW *whip again* STOP THINKING OF ICE CREAM *whip* JUST ONE BITE WONT HURT *whip* WHY? *whip*What Henry Rollins said really spoke to me. My priority lifts listed below...
All of them :) Give me all the muscles.

Doesn't taste that good anyways; I'd rather eat less real ice cream and fit it into my calories.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
