    Question BCAA ON Amino Energy

    I've read some posts saying that the free form amino acids are worthless without EAA's. Is this true for all BCAA products now?

    That's exactly what I've been reading. Let's just say someone doesn't get enough protein. Wouldn't BCAA'S still be useless? Why do they even sell this stuff?

    Correct, if you are eating even moderate protein, BCAAs are pointless to take and may even be detrimental.
