About muscle-ups...
I'm trying to do some muscle-ups, but i can't do a full rep, and it's pretty irksome. I've been trying for 3 months, but same thing - i can do a 3/4 muscle ups, not a full one (like in the third picture). Any tips?
*I can do around 15 pull-ups, if it matters

What part are you getting stuck on specifically? Is it the pushing part? Dips might help.

Something like. I can push partially, but not completely.
And about dips, I think the problem is elsewhere. I can do +20 free dips.
