    Basic Bulkiing supplememts

    16 M trying to start a lean bulk, any idea on the best supplememns to either increase gains or keep fat down while not hindering gains?

    Coming from a supp rep, it may be alarming.. but supplementation ought to be the least of your priority at that age.
    You will make the most gains by simply eating properly O.o
    No need to be strict on your eating, enjoy your youth~
    But be at a slight calorie surplus (check your physique often) and get on an established workout program ASAP!
