    Post what's the most ideal way you exercise if you have no time to gym

    as you know we are busy of our daily work and do not have enough time to go to gym, so will you choose work while workout? what's the way of it.

    I think pushups, planks, and squats are the most ideal ways to workout at home if you have no time for gym. Rather this, adjustable dumbbells is also a good and cost-effective option for you that will help you to stay healthy.

    If the thread was about one exercise, I'd say the squat clean and push press. My favourite sequence, though, is: POWER CLEAN & PRESS--FRONT SQUAT--DEADLIFT--CHIN UPS. When the weight gets too heavy to press, you front squat it. When the weight gets too heavy to clean for the front squat, you deadlift it. Finish with chin ups (which also decompresses the spine).

    Yep. I'd be more curious to know what your schedule actually consists of on a daily/weekly basis. I work full time in grad school and still have time to go out with friends, drink beer whenever I want, and get a lift in for 1-2 hours 6 times a week.
