    Creatine HELP

I’ve been currently taking the Kaged Muscle stack; Pre-K, In-K, & re-K. I’m curious to know how I could switch things up to be able to take CreaClear by KM. What supplements to take to make up what I’m missing while not taking the KM stack. That for your input!!

As in creatine? short story is all you need is 3-5g a day of creatine, so whatever whatever's left from your stack + adding creaclear does not total 3-5G a day..........

Pre-kaged has a bit of creatine,
so you wouldn't need a full serving of CreaClear if you are including it in the stack.
    Up to 5g daily~

Depending on bodyweight, 3-5g of creatine a day. Creatine monohydrate being least expensive, but there are other forms as well as you have seen.

Just get your 3-5g per day every day, that's it.

I would recommend picking up the cheapest $/serving creatine monohydrate that you can find.

Take 3-5g/day and remember to stay hydrated throughout the day.

There is no need to load/cycle creatine.

This is well and dandy but it needs to be from a reputable company.

The current stack you use is fine OP but listen to the others above, in total 3-5g per day everyday will keep you saturated.
