Never tried exact body weight (currently 265ish) but at least once a month Ill toss 225 on the bar and do 3 sets of 20 just to keep things interesting. Have to confuse the muscle right babe!

3 set of 10 with your own bodyweight is a good standard.

I can do my bw about 8-10 times right now and don't feel that strong.PC specs

Haven’t tried new bodyweight of 285, usually walk around at around 350 ish. Will try tonight and report back, shooting for 30 reps.
