    gzclp bicep intergration into T3

Any tips on what exercise to add into T3 for biceps? Barbell curls just aren’t doing it for me. They get hard fast and I feel like I can’t isolate my bis

If you want good isolation, you could try ez-bar preacher curls.

I wouldn't expect to progress fast on biceps because they are a really small muscle.

barbell curls are probably the one of the best if not the best isolations for biceps

they are supposed to be hard, start light, use maximum range of motion, don't swing your body

i don't get how copping out is going to help you, you are just making excuses

It's really gonna be different for everyone.

I've only been taking bodybuilding seriously for 5 months, so I couldn't really tell you. I've added a couple of inches to my biceps since starting if that helps.

your reasoning behind not doing them is because they are hard, that's an excuse

and I gave you a suggestion of what to do, I don't see how it is possible not to feel curls in your biceps unless you are swinging the weight with your entire body, nor should that be the most important metric in determining whether something works.

lol, a JW90 AND a builda123 thread all in one day.

OP says he doesn't know what works, until someone makes the correct suggestion.

Then OP knows that won't work.

    Barbell curls. Straight bar.

Alternatively maybe a cable/pulley system where you do curls with a straight bar attachment

You haven't been doing them long enough to have a clue if they are doing 'doing it' for you.

So what if they get hard? If you think curls get hard, I'd hate to see your squat routine.

Barbell curls target the biceps very well.
