    Looking for a workout program

Been following a push/pull/legs (6 days a week workout) for quite some time and have gained some results. Have been cutting for 2 months now with the same workout. Im about to start my next bulk and Im looking for a good intermediate or advance workout program. I know there are alot of good ones here but i cannot choose which are the best. Any suggestions are good to me. Prefer a full body development one.

    Stats

    Height - 5 11'
    Weight - 158 lbs
    B/F - 13 %

Try one of the programs in the stickies, I have no doubt at 5'11 158lbs you aren't intermediate or advance.

I love the Allpro Autoregulated workout. Requires very little equipment.

What are your lifts ? I doubt you’re at an intermediate stage in 2 months, run the fierce 5 novice if you want some nice gains, it’s a solid program and efficient

being a "novice", etc has nothing to do with how much time you spent in the gym! it has to do with how you recover, between workouts! with that bein said, i would LOVE to be a novice for years and years!!! but thats not probable either
