BSN Syntha 6 - Daily Recommended Intake?

Hi guys, I’m new to lifting and in my late 30’s - trying to bulk up a bit and bought the BSN protein powder.

On the back it says “DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE” - but I cannot find the recommended daily intake anywhere on the labelling.

Is 3 shakes a day (2 scoops so 50g of protein per serving) too much - thats about 150g from just the powder??

Any advice appreciated and yes I’m also eating foods but am a vegetarian so getting solid protein just from chickpeas and lentils is hard going..lol.

    Thanks

I believe it's around a min of .85 per lb of bodyweight if lifting weight.

How many calories per day are you consuming? Grams of protein?

You should probably be able to hit your protein intake for the day well below 6 scoops of protein powder.

I guess I’m asking when it says “don’t exceed recommended daily intake” - what is the reccomended daily intake? Where is it printed on the labelling?

My tub of Syntha-6 does not say that as far as I can tell

How many calories per day are you consuming? Grams of protein? By not answering that question, you are telling us that you don't know. If you don't know, you shouldn't be taking any protein supplements anyway. Protein powder should be used as needed to supplement your diet and meet your daily protein macro.

OP it's just powdered food that you can use to meet your macro if you need help doing so. If you don't need help in a given day, you don't need to use powdered food.

    Meet macro daily.
