It doesn't have to be that way.

The long and short of it is that it's a longer process and cuts can be a nightmare but even natty lifters like Nick from Nick's Strength and Power admit that his natty cuts were over done and partly his own fault. He has some good videos on the subject.

I'm natty. Always have been and always will be. There are guys that are, but much like myself, will forever be fairly unremarkable. You seldom, if at all, will get huge dudes without some sort of assistance.
