I guess I will be the bad guy here, but I don't get it. Most of the guys up there look like your every day skinny guy who has trouble putting on weight.
I do understand it takes guts to get up on stage and have people judge your build, (I never had the guts to do it) but what are they looking for? I thought you had to have some decent muscle to do these mens fitness type competition but what I see up there are just some skinny guys with definition and barely any real mass/muscles.

I plan on doing physique one day. I still need to put on some quality muscle tho.My 3 golden rules for weight training.
1. Stress the muscle through progressive overload.
2. Stress the muscles in the path the fibres run.
3. Stress the muscle with maximum contraction, stretch and static holds.
