I'm not sure (I buy and stock up so it's hard to average out)... but I don't spend any on alcohol any more... saves me a SHIATLOAD. Also, for things like whey protein I wait for specials / sales... for example I got 20 Tubs of Max Milk for $5 each... 20 (more ??) tubs of ErgoPharm I-PRO (Isolate) for $10 each....

holy cr$p!! that is an insane amount of protein in a day. ten servings is 240 grams, plus whatever other meats and protein enriched foods equals out to be a bunch. you wither must weigh like 250 pounds and eat like a horse, or you diarrhea it all out.Originally Posted by quicktime

i buy all bulk
i go through protien 6 lbs every 2 weeks (6 scoops a day)
but a lb only costs me like 3.50 so its bad at all
then multi, bulk creatine, fish oil

For me it depends. On an average month where I'm not running a big cycle like the last two months where I ran Mass FX & Hyperdrol, I usually only spend about $20 a month. I'm always low on cash like every other college student so I gotta budget myself :P I end up spending the majority of my money on food which I don't mind since food > supplements hehe

Usually around $75-80 or so. $30 for protein which usually lasts me the whole month, $20 on a multi-vitamin, and the rest on Creatine or if I'm on a cycle of NO.
