    Hard to stick with keto?

    For those who have just recently hopped on keto, how hard was that transition? Is training much harder with the lack of carbs?

    It’s very much individual. I am able to handle more volume on keto but my Low rep (3-5 range) intensity drops off more quickly than when including carbs. Moderate rep (6-10) ranges seemed uneffected. As far as compliance I enjoy keto type foods, but I did miss having some carb sources, but there are options. I missed crunchy textured foods, but pork rinds filled that nitch. Best way to evaluate it for yourself, is to try it. Keep in mind you should still be eating lots of veg, bro-collie, cauliflower, green beans, spinach etc. it’s pronably not ideal for micro nutrients IMO, but drastically lowering carbs (specifically starches and sugars) is effective for me for helping control hunger.

    Transition to anything outside of your comfort zone is always hard. When it gets too hard, you come to this board, put a few threads, get some bad rep and move on.
    There is no such thing as overtraining.
    If you are not ready to change drastically, you are not ready for bodybuilding.

    Keto is great but i came accross a lady who came from Africa with a tea. The red looks like it great detox and helps loose weight faster? like say two weeks? I want to try it. What do you think
