    Best Supplement when Bulking

    I am trying not to use supplements but at least I would like to try when bulking. What is the best supplement for you when bulking ?

    you are right whole food in a caloric surplus is the correct answer, weight gainer is easy convenient means to reach that surplus... now do you have buy a weight gainer? No, you can easily make your weight gainer shake on your own as well. For some a weight gainer does make sense.

    As others mentioned OP, you just want to ensure that you are consuming your targeted calories/macros to help you gain size/mass.

    Sometimes supplements such as Protein Powders can help you reach those goals.

    The only staple I would recommend is creatine.

    None of that will help you bulk. Hypertrophy is driven by caloric surplus to TDEE, progressive weight training and rest. Focus there.
