    Are these goals realistic?

Hey there! I'm new to the thread, but I've been busting my ass for about five years now, starting when I joined the football team as a freshman. Regardless, I've set these goals to hit by college football season. I've listed my current weights below.
    Body Weight: 270 (current: 245)
Bench Press Max: 350 lb (current: 275 lb)
Back Squat Max: 405 lb (current: 315 lb)
Deadlift Max: 415 lb (current: 340)
Hang Clean Max: 275 (current: 225)
    Arm Size: 20" (Current: 17")

Those are jumps of 25, 75, 90, 75, and 50, 3" respectively, by the second or third week of August. Normally, I wouldn't be able to do that much so quickly, but I'm starting to educate myself about nutrition and supplements, an area that's been, essentially, a mentality of eat as much as possible and take whey after a workout.

Anyways, I wanted to check and see if you guys would find these goals realistic. I think it's doable, even if it isn't easy, personally.

For a guy your size I would say those numbers are very reasonable and easy to achieve in that time frame. Can't comment on that arm size as 3 inches seems a bit ambitious to me.

Assuming you are eating correctly, sleeping enough good hydration etc. for your weight that should be pretty doable. Is there any particular reason why you want to specifically have 20" arms? 3" is a massive increase in size if you want it to just be muscle.I would say that unless you are a bodybuilder who needs a certain muscle size, maybe just stick to getting as strong as you can and building size in general rather than having an arbitrary number in mind.

I think it's all doable, though I can't speak to the arm size goal. You might actually be selling yourself short with the DL and SQ goals.

How tall are you? I would definitely up your strength at your current weight (there is a lot of room for improvements) before bulking further.

275lbs bench, 315 squat and 340 deadlift @ 245lbs is vastly below average. Perhaps hitting 315 on the bench, 405 on the squat and 450-500 on the deadlift at your current weight, then bulking would work out better.

I would say there is nothing wrong with setting easy goals. Its better to hit goals and set new ones as opposed to constantly trying to achieve a hard goal.

The squat and dead goals should especially be easy enough to achieve with decent work. Probably the bench too. IDK about arm size, but that's not really important anyway

The arm size thing is more of a bonus tbh, but I’m doing this for football, and 270 I think would be my ideal size. You guys are right though, so I guess maybe focus on getting my lifting weights up first.

    Thank ya’ll tho!

And for reference, I’m 6’5”, so I don’t look particularly enormous.

EDIT: and I’m 18, for reference. Not sure why it says 48
