I think there are mental differences between men and women, like a male brain and a female one. If that’s true it seems totally possible to have a mismatch of the wrong brain to the wrong body.

i think the brains are very very similar, and the differences lie in the hormones produced in the body. A male producing estrogen on a scale similar to a level seen in females make his brain believe he is female, since the hormones are activating that part of the brain
