I’ve been benching for years I can bench 315 for 2 reps @ 175 lbs bw. So I just started squatting 5 months ago I’m already at 325 lb 1rm squat but I’m plateaud I switched from 5x3 to canditos 6 week program but I’m not making any squat gains but my bench is still going up 5 pounds a month it doesn’t make any sense. I’m on a caloric surplus gained 25 lbs in these past 5 months bench went from 300 lbs to 330 lbs 1rm squat went from 225 lbs to 325 lbs in the first 3 months of these past 5 I’ve been stuck at 325 for 2 months id show you my form but it won’t let me post a link
