    how this routine for basketball ?

    Im 18 Years old
    155 lbs
    6'0

    3 times a week Full Body Workout like -

    Squat
    Deadlift
    Bench press
    Press
    Bicep curls
    tricep extension

    and 3 times of calisthenics with plyometrics

    total 6 days a week
