    how this routine for basketball ?

    3 times a week Full Body Workout like -


    Squat
    Deadlift
    Bench press
    Press
    Bicep curls
    tricep extension

    and 3 times of calisthenics with plyometrics

    total 6 days a week

    How many threads are you going to start?

    Just pick a program and follow it. Westside for skinny bastards is great for athletes. Or just do SS, Fierce 5, etc.

    Just do something.
