Yes, I said types, meaning what kinds of, and not how many. For most questions, people can easily google something and ding goes the answer, but for some reason no matter what I search for this question, it only comes up with how many grams of protein is in a chicken breast. If you have even saw the link to bodybuilding.com, then you'll most likely know the nutritional facts about chicken better than the back of your hand. But does anyone actually know the specific protein types in chicken, because even though living off of chicken sounds nice and all, it would be impossible due to the lack of certain proteins, carbs (duh), vitamins and minerals. But with the knowledge of what proteins a chicken breast has, comes the next step to a perfect diet.
