Just for accountability and to put it into writing...tomorrow mu diet goes back on point. Thursday, very bad. Friday, bad. Today, started out good and added ice cream tonight.
Tomorrow it starts back. At least I was in the gym both Thursday and Friday so I dont feel TOO bad. But from July 30 to Thursday i was seeing great progress.
Both in the mirror and scale (230/235 - 205/210). From a mental perspective I HATE that I are so bad but damn if it wasn't good!
