    The best split for skinny athlete ?

    I’m 18 Years Old basketball player
    Height- 6’0 Weight - 155lbs BF- 14%
    Squat - 200
    Deadlift - 220lbs
    Bench press - 130lbs
    Overhead press - 85lbs
    I know I’m not strong enough.
    My goals - Gain Strength as possible 2x bodyweight squat for dunking
    Gain 10-20lbs of muscle, be more explosive and better player with heavy squat and deadlift.

    What do you think about this split

    Monday-Chest/Tris
    Tuesday-Back/Bis
    Wednesday-Legs
    Thursday-Shoulders/Chest
    Friday-Arms/Back
    Saturday-Legs
    Sunday-REST

    Or should i do SS (starting strength ) -3 times a week

    The best bet is probably no split at all and something like a 3 day full body. If you really want to use a split then look into Vikes U/L or Canditos LP.
