    Am I overtraining?

In response to this question, asked several times per day in this forum, consider this:

Due to a large number of variables from one trainee to the next, no one can look your written routine and declare it "overtraining" or "too much." Instead of posting your routine in all it's detail while seeking an answer, simply ask yourself if what you're currently doing is progressing you in a consistent fashion toward your chosen goal.

*If the answer is 'yes,' then you're good to go; keep going until such time as the answer is 'no.'

*If the answer is 'no,' then something---either your training, your nutrition, your sleep amount/quality, or some combination of any or all of the three---must change. It will then be up to you, by trial and error, to adjust these parameters until you again begin to see positive change in your results.

    It's as simple as that.

    No brain, no gain.

    You can't out-train bad nutrition.

Nothing good comes from negativity; where the mind goes, the body follows.
