    Need advice

    Started trying to lose weight about 3 weeks ago want some on advice on my routine see if I need to add/modify anything.

    Starting weight 336 lbs
    Current weight 326 lbs
    6 ft 3
    Lbm 210-220
    Between 30% and 40% bf

    BMR about 2900 calories
    Eating about 1800-2000
    Eating approx 210-220g of protein a day

    Mon-wed-fri
    Bench
    2 warm up sets of 5 (just the bar)
    5 working sets of 5 (65kg just now)

    Squat
    2 warm up sets of 5 (bar)
    3 working sets of 5 (95kg)

    Military press
    2 warm up sets of 5 (bar)
    5 working sets of 5 (45 kg)

    Deadlift
    2 warm up sets of 5 (60kg)
    5 working sets of 5 (110kg)


    Tue/Thu/sat
    30min HIIT burning between 5-600kcal
    3x12 bicep curls
    3x12 tricep extension
    3x10 lat pulldown
    3x10 shrugs


    That's basically it what Am I doing wrong/right and what do I need to add/change
