I guess it means Rumi is now free to either stay a loner or find a new group, without having to worry about that group gossiping behind her back? And she got her confirmation that it was a shallow group in the first place?

Yui was so cute in her yukata. Jaw dropped when we found out it was Yukino's car that hit Hachiman.

Not quite sure what's going on in the school festival thing. Something about Yukino's complicated feelings with her sister led her to decline the committee chair position, but then she can't help herself from taking control of the process anyway? And now she's learning to delegate work and will resolve her feelings w/ her sister by the end?

I guess I'll have a better sense of it tmo, should be finishing S1.

Anyways whites and east Asians here don't consider a darkskinned guy like me "Asian" anyways (even though I keep telling them Sri Lanka IS in Asia).

Me, him plus another aussie-born Asian guy (Vietnamese) were talking about how non-Europeans can't exactly be "Australian" even if you get Australian citizenship or even if you were born here but aren't from a European

IMO there's only one country in my experience where immigrants are seen as truly part of the country and that's the United States of America.

And I think it's got a lot to do with the fact that African-Americans, Hispanics and Asians have been part of the nation for so long. heck most African American's ancestors have been in the US for longer than most of the ancestor of White-Americans (Italian, Polish, etc immigration only occurred relatively recently).

But Australia throughout it's history has involved only one single race of people and that is White Europeans.
heck they even had a White Australia policy (this isn't a nickname it was actually called "White Australia Policy" by the government) until recently that was meant to keep Australia White.

These days however there's massive immigration from Asia into Australia. Most large cities (well there really are only 2 or 3 big cities in the whole of Australia, Sydney, Melbourne, maybe Brisbane and Adelaide) and full of Asians.
But the desire for whiteness and the love for white skin is especially strong in these immigrants, far more than what exists in the US (remember as i explained above America is not just white people, it's blacks and hispanics as well).

Of course this is strongest amongst the females of these immigrant groups. The lust for white cock among east Asian women here is almost at a fetish level. this was the ep about the cultural trip and Tobe's confession for fujo grill, i think im a bit autistic and off as fuk but this is my take, at first i thought the grills were mad and sort of jelly because of Hachiman's fake confession, he also looked fake as fuk so it could make them doubt his feels in the future, but, after the talk at the roof i thought something, the reason everyone is mad is because Fujo grill had feelings for Hikki-brah? she is always trying to turn him in that yaoi time with chad-brah, she also mentioned she would have dated him on the roof, so they are mad because hikky brah put Fujo grill in a very chitty situation, if she were to accept Hikky's confession their group could break up so she was sort of forced to reject hikky brah?

S1 was ok, had some moments but I felt like the fact that Yukino's car hit Hachiman was never really addressed properly.

I like how Hachiman's loner tendencies helped him find the short hair committee chair girl, but I feel like there were better ways to bring her back downstairs than to rip her apart like that. I mean, the entire reason he didn't get the results from her and leave was that it would leave the service request for "personal growth" unfulfilled... then he just rips her apart instead, which definitely doesn't help her grow (maybe a slight push would've helped, but he didn't hold back at all).

Sports festival was ok, didn't really feel like a season finale tbh. Haven't watched the OVA yet, I'll watch it before I start S2 (I already have MTBB downloaded for S2).

Oh and Yui best girl by a mile, except for actual best girl Saika ofc.
