    Starting Strength

    I’m 18 Years Old
    Height- 6’0 Weight - 155lbs BF- 14%
    Squat - 190lbs
    Deadlift - 200lbs
    Bench press - 130lbs
    Overhead press - 85lbs
I know I’m not strong enough.
My goals - Gain Strength as possible 2x bodyweight squat
    Gain 10-20lbs of muscle

Is Starting Strength Program is right fit for me?
How long gain 10-20lbs of muscle should take ?

Starting Strength is a good program. Even better is buying the book and looking at Rippetoe's videos on how to lift correctly. Its a good foundation and will get you going to where you want to be.

[in before someone points out one minor issue with one thing Rippetoe said 12 years ago just to be a contrary internet warrior]
