Does Arnold Schwarzenegger had fat in his chest muscles?

I am facing gyno surgery, but I am confused a little bit. My doc said he won't remove all the fat, he will leave a little just to make it look natural, otherwise I would have a hole in my chest. So for example Arnold had fat in his chest muscles too?

Seeing this pic, I don't think that he have any fat in his chest That means I can never get rid of the fat completly in my chest?
