Anyone know some good alternatives to chicken? Getting a bit tired of eating it.
Thanks.

always amazes me how chicken got the rep for being some magical food that is required to be eaten to make "gains". I love chicken myself but only eat it a few times per week so I am never sick of it. As stated by others, turkey, fish, pork, eggs... options are numerous

Try cooking it different i.e. crock pot-use sugar free bbq sauce on it to make pulled chicken
99/1 lean ground turkey has similar macros, as well as chicken breast, chicken tenderloins, chicken thighs, 96/4 lean ground beef, white fish. The fat content may vary by 2-4gm per serving depending on the meat*Prep coach/Cert.Personal trainer-contact for online training

I like chicken because I find it easier to hit my macros. Often I'll have ground beef, prawns or something else, but I find more often than not they don't have as much protein as when I have two chicken breasts.
Turkey and fish are other good options, but where I live they're no way near as cheap as chicken.
I do mix it up though, some days I'll use chicken seasoning powder, other days soy sauce or garlic. Tonight I cooked chicken in a black bean sauce. I nearly always fry it as I like the texture more than cooking it in the oven.
So you could find more weird and and wonderful ways to enjoy your chickenLast edited by MrCarrot; 11-15-2018 at 11:42 AM.
