    If I haven't met water intake goal by end of day on creatine, can you just chug rest?

    My question is if I haven't met a goal of drinking about a gallon of water at the end of the day on creatine, could you just chug say the other half gallon within an hour or so at end of day (2-3 hours before sleep) or would it only be beneficial to do it throughout the day? I just wasn't sure if the water would still be used the same or not.

    No, try to space out your fluid intake throughout the day. You don't have to limit it to only water but keep in mind digestion also requires water and you may sweat some out while exercising.

    Chugging half a gallon of water will just make you piss it right back out, and there's not much point. Drink it at a rate of ~half a liter per half hour, and if you fall a little short it's not the end of the world
