bit of an odd one after injery

i tore my bisep parchaly away from the bone in my left arm 6 years ago ... and was to scared to get it fixed by surgery ... im right handed so just dealt with it ... anyhoo i picked up my weights last week and found my left arm was ok so started training ... thing is doing bisep and trisep curls my right arm thats 30% bigger fails around 10-12 reps but my left keeps going i stop at 17 ... i can also lift way more with my left ... this has me very confused as i thought it would be exactly the opposite.

any ideas idont want a hellboy wammer of a left arm and tiny right if i keep training like this ... or will it just even out as i train ??

    kind regards, kevin

If you actually tore your bicep and avulsed it from the bone you should be going to doctor....regardless of how long it was. I also don't believe you've been casually living for 6 years with a completely torn bicep though so who knows.
