Well I think I stalled today. Failed at squatting 120KG for 5 reps x3, failed hard at the 2nd set on third rep. Also couldn’t increase weight on bench press at 85KG for 5 reps 3 sets, well I didn’t fail, I completed the first set but was too scared to do it for 3 sets without a spotter. Also i’ve failed overhead press before but barely made it last time with 55KG for 5 reps 3 sets, failed the last rep of the last set. I guess I’ll try deloading aka using 15% less weight on all major lifts?
