    You should do abs every day otherwise they'll never be visible + do cardio. I know 1 guy who runs every day for 1 or 2 hours and his abs are very visible but he also does 200-300 sit-ups per day.

    Why is this funny to you? With heavy weight on squat you can **** up your knees. It's better to do 20 squats with lower weight than 10 squats with heavy weights and damage your spine or knees or even lose balance and fall back and break the floor.

    Yes, directly.

    You need to bulk and build muscle and strength. I mean you do you, but, you'll be hard pressed to find guy recommending you get smaller and weaker. It's really not a great look

    She keeps telling me I eat too much and should eat less.., maybe I’m bulking too hard? She says bulking and cutting is only for people that compete and she also says it’s bad to eat meals late at night before bed,,, is that true? That you shouldn’t eat b4 bed because your body has to rest?

    And my family says i dont eat enough and am to skinny. Despite being cardiovascular and physically more fit than all of them.

    Any1 else slacking on lifting in winter time around christmas and all that? I’ve been going like 1 day less a week on my whole winter break. Is it doomed?

    Well I think I stalled today. Failed at squatting 120KG for 5 reps x3, failed hard at the 2nd set on third rep. Also couldn’t increase weight on bench press at 85KG for 5 reps 3 sets, well I didn’t fail, I completed the first set but was too scared to do it for 3 sets without a spotter. Also i’ve failed overhead press before but barely made it last time with 55KG for 5 reps 3 sets, failed the last rep of the last set. I guess I’ll try deloading aka using 15% less weight on all major lifts?

    OP if u want to focus more on aesthetics i would recommend ICF 5x5 because it has more volume and has more accessory lifts... you need more volume for aesthetics, which is what you want.
