Some half truths mixed with the usual pro low carb nonsense.
A ketogenic diet does not cause more fat loss than a carb based diet when calories are equated.

Guys, I have a friend of mine who totally disagree with this. He is telling me that hormones and insulin is a key in fat-loss and fat-storage.
He say that calorie thoery is completely debunked. That if you it 20 kilo of meat per day without any simple carbs you won't get fat. On my question what will happen with all that excess energy that body will receive from eating all this - he says that body is not Car Engine and it will just utilize not needed food as waste in toilet.
Guys, can you give me some science based articles to prove him wrong please?

stop thinking like this. use common sense and make him prove it to you if you want.
do you honestly believe that if you eat ~45 pounds of meat in a day that you won't get fat from that?
