Well it's been a hell of a long time since I kept a log out here. I have weight over 500lbs at times and currently am at 260lbs exactly. I have been away from lifting working on running only for last couple months. Worked out a 6 week all around plan to get back at the weights and break new ground. The lowest I have been was about a month ago at 250 lbs flirting with 240's. My overall goal over the next 6 weeks is to get solidly in the 240's with the ultimate goal of actually hitting 240lbs itself.
