    Quick question for yall

    I tried asking this on the Misc. section but no serious responses given. I'm competing next year in a natural physique show and I was just curious about something. From time to time i've taken phenibut and ashwagandha as a sleep aid and for anxiety relief in the recent past l. Even though they are legal suppliments.. (not trying to get a thread lock) can i still consider myself a natural lifter? I only ask because it's said to aid in increasing HgH and test. Srs question

    You're fine OP. Those are extremely common, mild OTC supps that won't do anything to your physique. They make those claims because hgh and test increase during sleep but I can assure you, they won't make any noticeable difference whatsoever...you're still natty

    Thank you for the helpful response! The only other supp I've taken like above mentioed is kratom. I'm happy to have cut all of that stuff out.
