    Help with supplements

    Hi guys,
I am sure this is something get asked all the time so apologies if I am repeating this.
    Brief intro about me.
I am 6 feet tall measuring 95.7 KGs now. I started my weight loos journey around September last year and I was 111 KGs at that time. I went down to 91Kgs and within 23 months I put on 4 Kgs and for the last 5 months I am in 95 – 96 range without change.

My main goal is to lose fat ang build a little mussel mass. Don’t want to be bulk or not in to body building. Really want to get the 6 packs 😊

Eating habit: Monday to Friday I usually have chicken and vegis or chicken and an avocado (for dinner and lunch) and I fast from Dinner to lunch next day; have a small cup (or 2) of instant coffee during that time.

Gym routine: 3-4 times a week. I can post my routine if you want to no in detail

Supplements: all I take is a scope of Rule 1 PROTEIN (WPI) after workout And RULE 1 LEAN 5 (fat burner) as a pre-workout. This I take every other month.

I have been reading about CLA and Test Boosters and quiet interested in either on of those. I couldn’t find any down side or permanent side effects of CLA but for test boosters its like 50/50. Obviously been a guy I was leaning a bit towards test boosts but afraid of the permeant side effects of over dosing it (which I do not plan).

So is there anyone who specialise in these stuff and tell me what to buy and how to use and how much to take so I stay with in the safe zone ?

I want to give myself a little kick to go that extra mile and to motivate myself. So really appreciate some advise/help from you guys who have done this already.

    Thanks in advance

Start counting calories, CLA won't help you lose weight, test booster won't directly build muscle

I wouldn't recommend CLA or a T Booster (unless you specifically know that your T Levels are low - and i would first recommend speaking with a doctor).

I think you need to start looking at the amount of calories you are consuming each day and to find out if these calories/macros meet what your goal is.
