Simple deadlift program. Any good ?

This seem like a pretty solid deadlift program? Just now getting into that particular lift after years of avoiding it as i finally got my form dialed in.

It's not awful, it'd probably work. I personally don't like the descending relative intensity within the cycle, i.e. 5x5 @ 75 % is harder than 5x3 @ 80 %, which is again harder than 5x1 @ 85 %. Not to mention that unless you're an advanced lifter - 16 week cycles are pretty pointless.

Greg Nuckols suggests the following 4 week cycle in his 28 free programs package:

    Day 1
    Week 1: 8x3 @ 75 % + 3x8 RDL + 4x8 Row
    Week 2: 6x3 @ 80 % + 4x8 RDL + 4x10 Row
    Week 3: 4x3 @ 85 % + 5x8 RDL + 4x12 Row
    Week 4: 4x3 @ 65 % + 2x8 RDL + 2x8 Row

Day 2, opposite stance deadlifts or other variation, such as deficits, block pulls, trap bar - or other stuff to work on weaknesses.
    Week 1: 3x6 @ RPE 8
    Week 2: 4x6 @ Week 1
    Week 3: 5x6 @ Week 1
Week 4: New deadlift 1-5RM or max reps @ 85-100 %. Stopping at RPE 9 on this day would let you continue on a new cycle pretty smoothly.
