Supplements and birth control

Hi guys,

I want to include fat burners and protein in my diet, but I'm concerned it might affect my birth control pills. Does anyone have any advice or info?

You'll be fine with adding protein supplements, it would depend on the ingredients in the other supplements to determine if there would be any interactions

You'll have to discuss this with your doctor and look at each ingredient.
We cannot just give a blanket statement and say yes when we don't know what birth control or what supplements.
