    Bench has stalled for a while now, but my squat is going up and up, so I'm happy with that!

    ...My lower body is really weak since I just didn't focus as much on it as my upper body, plus I'm just really small overall. I'm hoping to get to a 315 lbs bench, 405 lbs squat and a 495 lbs deadlift @>150 lbs BW someday.

    3 years lifting and neglected my legs for 2 (stupid I know, hurt too bad lmao; 100% srs)

    Bench - 315x1
    Squat - 240x10 (Don't know 1 rep max)
    Deadlift - 250x9 (Don't know 1 rep max, all done conventional style with both arms overhand, probably could pull at least 315 with switch grip I think?)

    That's awesome guys. I sure wish I had gotten into lifting at an earlier age. I started lifting in high school. Not surprisingly I only worked my upper body, but I was running a lot at the time as well. My senior year of HS, I wrestled in the 145 and 152 pound weight classes and I was benching 225-245 IIRC. I had not even heard of deadlifting yet and I maybe tried squatting a few times... Stick with it guys. I made huge progress in college. I would procrastinate doing homework by going to the gym to lift! HAHA

    210kg Deadlift @ 75kg
    85kg Bench @ 70kg
    160kg Squat @ 70kg

    I got good leverages for my deadlift, and I know my bench definitely needs some work lol, but my current goals are to weighted dip 50kg and power clean 100kg, and squatting 180 would be great too.
