    Angry Stuck at plateau

    Hello!
Alittle back story... I have been working out consistently for about four weeks now with some noticeable muscle gains. I have stuck to a pretty solid plan do strength days 3 a week and cardio 4. Then next week is the opposite. I can say that I'm putting in a modest effort and making progress toward weight lifting goals however I am also not losing any weight. I've tried to cut calories and choose healthier options but have seen no results. I'm 5'8" 185. Trying to get back to 170 to gain some tone.
    I need help!

If you're not losing weight it comes down to your intake. You're taking in more calories than you're burning on a weekly basis. Just eating "healthier options" is not the answer, you can easily overeat on the "good stuff" too. Get a food scale and start tracking calories if you really want to know what you're taking in.
